Deleting Roles
Only Custom Roles can be deleted, default Roles cannot be removed. For more info on Default Roles and Permissions see here: Default Roles and Permissions
- Press the “Workspace” tab on iOS or the “Manage Workspace” button located at the top of the screen on Web.
- In the Settings section, press “Roles”
- Press the “Custom” button.
- Select the Role you wish to delete.
- Press the “Delete Role” button at the bottom of the screen and confirm the deletion.
- You cannot delete a Role that is currently assigned to Members of the Workspace. You can see who is currently assigned a Role in the Assigned Members section of the Role Editor. These Members would have to be assigned a different Role in order to delete the Role.
