Deleting Categories
Deleting a Category is permanent and irreversible. All the Tests, Questions, Actions and Photos contained in the Category will be immediately deleted. We cannot retrieve your data if choose to delete something.
iOS
Method 1
- From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.
- In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.
- Press and hold down on the Category you want to edit.
- Press the “Edit Category” button.
- Press the “Delete Category” button.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Category and all the Tests, Actions and Photos it contains.
Method 2
- From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.
- In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.
- Press the “Three Dot Menu” button at the top right of the screen, then press “Select” button.
- Press on the Categories you wish to delete.
- Press the trash icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Category and all the Tests, Actions and Photos it contains.
Web App
- From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.
- In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.
- Press the “Edit” button at the top of the Category List.
- Press the red trash icon to delete an individual Category. Or you can use the tick boxes to select multiple Categories, and then press the “Bulk Delete” button at the top of the Category List to remove all that are selected.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Categories.
