Report Filters

Report Filters allow you to customise the content of your Report to only show the specific information you require. Below is a description of how each filter changes your Report:

 

Show Actions

Choose which Actions appear in the Report:

  • All Actions - Show both complete and incomplete Actions.
  • Complete - Only shows completed Actions.
  • Incomplete - Only shows incomplete Actions.
  • None - Removes all Actions from the Report.
 

Assignee

Controls which Assignees Actions will appear on the Report. (All Assignees will be selected by default):

You can select or unselect individual Assignees from the list to display or hide the Actions that assigned to them.

The “No Assignees” option will display or hide Actions that are not assigned to anyone.

 

Priority

Filter Actions by level of importance:

  • Critical - Urgent, immediate attention required.
  • High - Important, needs quick attention.
  • Medium - Standard priority level.
  • Low - Can be handled when convenient.
  • Trivial - Minor tasks.
  • No Priority - Actions without assigned priority.
 

Due Date

Filter Actions by time periods:

  • Overdue - Show Actions that have passed their due date.
  • Next 7 Days - Due within a week.
  • 8-14 Days - Due in two weeks.
  • 15-30 Days - Due this month.
  • 1-6 Months - Due in coming months.
  • 6-12 Months - Due this year.
  • Over 12 Months - Long-term Actions.
  • No Due Date - Show Actions without a due date.
 

Theme

Apply visual styling to your Report. Choose a Theme from one you have previously created.
