Deleting Items
Deleting an Item is permanent and irreversible. All data including Tests, Questions, Actions and Photos will be immediately deleted. We cannot retrieve your data if choose to delete something.
iOS
Method 1
- From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Category in your Inspection.
- Press and hold down on the Item you wish to delete.
- Press the “Edit Item” button.
- Press the “Delete Item” button.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Item and all the Actions and Photos it contains.
Method 2
- From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Category in your Inspection.
- Press “Three Dot Menu” button in the top right of the screen, then press the “Select” button.
- Select the Items you wish to delete.
- Press the Trash icon button at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Item and all the Actions and Photos it contains.
Method 3
- From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Category in your Inspection.
- Press the Item you wish to delete.
- Press “Three Dot Menu” button in the top right of the screen, then press the ““Edit Test/Question” button.
- Press the “Delete Item” button.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Item and all the Actions and Photos it contains.
Web App
- From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Category in your Inspection.
- Press the “Edit” button at the top of the Item List.
- Press the red Trash icon to delete an individual Item. Or you can use the tick boxes to select multiple Items at once, then press the “Bulk Delete” at the top of the Item List.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Item and all the Actions and Photos it contains.
