Enabling or Disabling Categories

iOS

1. From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.

2. In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.

3. Press and hold down on the Category you wish to Enable/Disable.

4. Press the “Toggle Enabled” button to change the status of the Category.

1. From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.

2. In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.

3. Press the “Three Dot Menu” button at the top right of the screen, then press “Select.”

4. Press on the Categories you wish to edit.

5. Press the “Toggle” icon button at the bottom of the screen to change the status of the Categories.

1. From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.

2. In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.

3. Press on the desired Category to go to the Item List for that Category.

4. Press the “Enable/Disable Category” button above the Category Title to toggle the Enabled/Disabled status.

Web App

1. From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.

2. In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.

3. Press the “Edit” button above the Category List.

4. Press on the Category you wish to edit.

5. Adjust the status using the Enabled checkbox.

6. Press the “Save” button to update the Category.

1. From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the desired Inspection.

2. In the Content section, press the “Tests and Questions” button.

3. Select the Categories you wish to edit using the tick boxes to the far left of each Category.

4. Press the “Bulk Enable/Disable” button to change the status of the selected Categories.
