Duplicating an Inspection

💡

Duplicating an Inspection creates an exact copy of the original Inspection, including all the Tests, Question and their Answers, Notes, Photos and Actions.

iOS

From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the Inspection Overview for the desired Inspection.

In the Inspection Info section, press the vertical three dot icon.

In the pop up menu, press the “Duplicate Inspection” button.

Give your new Inspection a Title.

Press the “Duplicate Inspection” button and wait for the duplication process to complete. Press the “Go to New Inspection” button to go directly to the new Inspection.

Web App

From the “Folders” tab, navigate to the Inspection Overview for the desired Inspection.

In the Inspection Actions section, press the “Duplicate” button.

Give your new Inspection a Title.

Press the “Duplicate Inspection” button and wait for the duplication process to complete. Press the “Navigate to new Inspection” button to go directly to the new Inspection.
