Inviting Members to Workspaces

Note -

In order for a User to accept an Invite to your Workspace they must be subscribed.

 
  1. Press the “Workspace” tab on iOS or the “Manage Workspace” button on Web.
  1. In the Settings section, press “Members”.
  1. Press the + button to go to the Member Editor screen.
  1. Complete the required fields:
    1. Name
    2. Email
  1. Select a Role for the new Member.

  1. Press the “Send Invite” button and an email Invitation will be sent which the receiving member must accept in order to join the Workspace.
      • You can see who you have sent an Invite to by pressing the “Invited Members” button on the Members List.
      • The receiving Member of the Invite will see the option to accept or decline the invitation from their Workspace List.
